 Mediocre Experience with Room and Service

I recently stayed at this hotel for a brief trip and unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming. While there were a few positive aspects, overall, I would not recommend this hotel for future stays.
Let's start with the positives. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome drink, which was a nice gesture and provided a pleasant first impression. However, this positive note quickly faded as I settled into my room.
The room itself was just okay. It had a decent layout and was reasonably clean, but it lacked the level of comfort and amenities I would expect from a hotel in this price range. The bed was comfortable enough, but the furnishings and decor seemed outdated and could use some updating. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, making it difficult to read or work comfortably.
One major disappointment was the lack of basic toiletries in the room. It's a standard expectation for a hotel to provide essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap, but unfortunately, they were missing upon my arrival. After calling the front desk to request them, it took an unnecessarily long time for the toiletries to be delivered to my room. This delay was quite inconvenient, especially after a tiring journey.
Another notable issue was the overall service quality. While the staff members were polite, their response time was disappointingly slow. Whether it was requesting additional towels or reporting a maintenance issue, it seemed as if the hotel lacked the necessary efficiency to promptly address guest concerns. This lack of attentiveness impacted my overall experience negatively.
Given these experiences, I regrettably cannot recommend this hotel. While the initial welcome drink was a nice touch, the lackluster room, delayed provision of basic toiletries, and subpar service overshadowed any positives. If you are looking for a comfortable and well-equipped hotel with efficient service, I suggest exploring other options in the area.
